1. Merchant of Record
SwiftServers utilizes Xsolla as its authorized Merchant of Record. Xsolla is responsible for the processing of all payments, taxes, and initial refund requests. When you make a purchase on SwiftServers, your transaction is governed by Xsolla's Terms of Sale and this Refund Policy.
2. General Refund Terms
Because SwiftServers provides digital content and instant services that are delivered immediately upon purchase, our refund policy is governed by the nature of digital content.
- Virtual Credits: Unspent Credits are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Once a Credit has been spent or exchanged, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
- Virtual Ranks and Upgrades: By purchasing a rank or server upgrade, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right to a refund once the service has been fully provisioned.
3. EU Right of Withdrawal
If you reside in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
By purchasing Virtual Credits or Ranks and requesting immediate delivery, you agree that the 14-day cooling-off period expires the moment the digital content is added to your account or the service is initiated.
If you purchased Credits but have not used them and have not logged into the Service to trigger performance, you may exercise your right to a refund via the Xsolla Support portal.
4. Duplicate Purchases and Technical Errors
A refund will typically be granted for duplicate purchases made within a 5-minute window, or when a paid item fails to deliver and support cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage all users to contact SwiftServers Support or Xsolla Support before opening a formal dispute with their bank.
- Any account that initiates a chargeback or payment dispute may be permanently suspended from the SwiftServers network.
- Any virtual currency or ranks associated with a disputed transaction will be immediately revoked.
6. Subscriptions
You may cancel a recurring rank or server boost at any time through your Account Dashboard or the Xsolla account management tool. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not provide a retroactive refund for the current billing period already used.
7. How to Request a Refund
- Primary Method: Visit the Xsolla Help Center and submit a request using your Transaction ID.
- Support: If you have questions regarding eligibility, join our official Discord and open a support ticket. Please have your Minecraft username and Transaction ID ready.
